Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged Goods
If your artwork arrives damaged (while in transit), we will cover the cost of return shipment. Depending on the item and the extent of the damage, we offer the following resolutions:
* Prints: Replacement of the print.
* Originals: Replacement of the frame (if the art is intact) or a full refund/exchange for a piece of equal value (if the art is damaged).
