Shipping within Australia
Shipping is available Australia-wide for original artworks and prints.
Because artwork dimensions, weight, framing and delivery requirements vary, shipping is quoted individually for each order. Please contact Angela at angelamarcuccio1@gmail.com before purchasing, or submit your purchase enquiry, to receive a shipping quote for your chosen artwork.
Once the shipping cost has been confirmed, you will receive instructions for completing your purchase and paying the applicable delivery charge.
Packaging and insurance
Each artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Packaging and transit insurance are included as part of the quoted shipping cost.
Framed artworks, unframed originals and prints may require different packaging and delivery arrangements.
Processing and dispatch times
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment and shipping arrangements have been confirmed.
Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days. If an artwork requires specialised packaging or handling, the expected dispatch timeframe will be provided before shipment.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination, the size and type of artwork, and the courier or specialist art delivery service used.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only. Delays caused by couriers, weather, regional delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

International shipping
International shipping may be available by request. Please contact angelamarcuccio1@gmail.com before purchasing to discuss availability, shipping costs and delivery arrangements.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it, and additional delivery charges may apply.
Receiving your artwork
Please inspect the package and artwork promptly after delivery.
If the packaging or artwork appears to have been damaged during transit:

Photograph the external packaging before opening it, where possible.

Photograph the damage to the artwork and packaging.

Keep all original packaging and delivery materials.

Local collection or delivery
Local collection or delivery within Melbourne may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact Angela before purchasing to discuss availability and any applicable costs.
